- Bus trips and social outings
- For people living in the Lismore district of NSW Australia
- Services are provided by volunteers
- Clients are asked for a small contribution

SERVICES WE OFFER
Lismore Social Support Program provides a range of
- Social assistance
- Practical assistance
- Companionship
Social bus outings for people living with a disablity who are aged 30 to 65 years, live independently in the community and have barriers to getting out socially.
WHO CAN REFER SOMEONE TO US?
- A family member, your doctor, an Organisation, yourself

We will make an appointment to visit you to have a chat to see if you are eligible for our service.
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are an essential part of this program.
We use volunteer bus drivers who undertake a variety of roles involving offering friendship
and practical assistance to those socially isolated.
